Plus from there I am at, the only way is up :) Although, looking today I shocked myself.

However, as soon as I got back and did some research on the area I was a bit shocked.

I was cutting out a fitting in a vertical section, I was so shocked at how fast it cuts through, both on top and bottom of the fitting, I though there must have been a badly corroded pipe with super thinned walls, I removed the cut section to have a closer look on both ends...for two seconds, and the top part - obviously unsecured by the previous plumber above the attic, fell down and hit the section below, cracked that section, and I had to cut open the concrete slab to replace all the way down including the horizontal turning elbow.

I've ran some preliminary numbers and it seems sustainable but I would like more information from people who have experience doing it.I would love to hear any stories or advise on anyone who has had experience renting out their vacation home. 

Shockingly, they had young kids there.

The landlord will be an old guy on Judge Judy all shocked and pissed off and saying how this isn't right and it is all the tenant's fault.

Just follow the notice rules on it and you're good to go.I recommend doing it all at once as a "shock and awe" event. 

Best way of doing a preliminary search of the competition is to google map all the facilities within 3 miles.
