My question is that although we have an LLC and all bills are paid out of a joint account, the mortgage is still only in one of the partner’s name.

Pays off in 6 years or less if you paid extra on it and frees up the property to be used in other purchases.

I guess its true that people can be in denial when it comes to a pre foreclosures.
