Over time, Google also kept suggesting me to add more keywords, which I felt has actually decreased the conversion from traffic to leads that submit info or call.

Call the power company, trash company etc and ask them.

If nothing exists now and this is a new unit, the contractor will have to install a switch and whip or pipe to power it in addition to venting the fan to the roof.

See if any are delinquent on taxes or if the power is off.
