As much as I'd like to have a system for every step of the way, it's not needed until it's needed.

Lately, I have been working on one of my side projects, creating a data warehouse and collecting information about US demographics from the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of justice and other various systems.

You could be at an avg cost or instantly and a huge cost bc your lot just happens to have too shallow of top soil and hitting solid rock to quickly and you have to get a completely different septic system thats double the cost. 

You must have very good systems and relationships in place to have never seen one property.

Thus, I find myself having to look into ways I can still support and grow as a part of this community.My main trade is functioning as a Linux Systems Engineer on an R&D team in Melbourne FL.

I currently own 3 properties and I am quickly realizing that I don't have the proper systems in place to keep track of who owns what with regards to cash flow and revenues.

From what I've read septic tank maintenance/replacement can bankrupt a park depending on the state of the septic systems.

Even though I am new to this industry, I work full time in Event Operations, so I have skills in creating and implementing systems to improve efficiency and repeatability, and working in an urgent and time sensitive environment with strict and important deadlines.  

I had one newbie investor I had to explain what was a septic system and what was oil heat.
