Your perfect back-office system

Hey BiggerPockets!

I got started on this adventure and life tossed a few curve balls my way. A couple job changes, a relocation, and two kids later, I'm ready to get back into. My house hack, turned rental, turned flip has had me hooked without being able to get away from it. Thus, I find myself having to look into ways I can still support and grow as a part of this community.

My main trade is functioning as a Linux Systems Engineer on an R&D team in Melbourne FL. Having a little brainstorm at lunch with some colleagues an idea struck me. Let me open with my question...

If you outsourced it, what is your vision of the perfect back-office system/team?

I know that's broad and vague, but I quite literally make a living by solving broad problems through technology. If I can build something that brings a proper value add to you guys, that's a boon to me and a win for you.
