USDA offers amazing loan products for certain areas for certain types of properties, might be worth checking their website.

Down side is it's a variable rate product which is tied to the Prime Index. 

the product you are looking for is currently not funding, I have talked to a few lenders that have said maybe in 2 weeks they can start, but right now all those loans are cut-off

@Mike Marino it does depend somewhat on the loan product but yes, your finances and credit will matter to the bank on a BRRR refi, the amount it matters varies but it always matters some.  

But there are still enough essential employees out there working that you should be able to find someone as long as you have a quality "product" and competitive price.

How many times do you see a listing and think you found your dream house only to go in and physically see it and it looks nothing like the photos.

Just curious if anyone here on BP has actually had COVID-19 (Coronavirus) personally.There are a ton of members here and I see countless posts about the virus but I haven't seen anyone who has actually contracted it.I'd be curious to hear what your experience was (or is) like and how you are holding up both physically and mentally.Many people have mentioned their tenants getting infected but I'm specifically interested if any member here has gotten it.If you've been (or are) infected with this horrendous disease and you're willing to share your story/experience I think it would be helpful to a lot of us to hear from someone first hand rather than through news/media outlets and third parties.With that being said I pray that nobody here has been in this unfortunate situation and I hope you all stay inside and stay safe!
