Hi,

Looking for stated income lenders in Florida.  Do not want hard money.  Just looking for some recommendations of lenders offering this type of loan in Florida for a primary residence.  Hopefully some offering decent rates when putting a good chunk down.  Who have you had a good experience with?

Even traditional financing is getting tougher as lenders want to make sure the borrower's still have jobs.
