Marketing one of the bedrooms as an office space could appeal to a working professional who now works from home and meets the financial requirements you have laid out for your tenant qualification.

Thus far, house hacking, BRRRR , & buy and hold sound appealing.

The result is 50 corrupt hands  -- elected on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, everything-but-ability -- in your pocket, not 15 competent managers who had to appeal to wide swaths of the population with their capabilities.

I added smart devices to my home as well to increase the appeal to the younger generation.
