Out of all the strategies, what is your favorite and why?
I am trying to decide what the best strategy is when first starting out. The niches I have to narrowed down to are SFH or small multi family. Thus far, house hacking, BRRRR , & buy and hold sound appealing. Asking for some guidance from the pros.
