Also keep in mind that if your units don't allow pets, that if someone has a service animal you cannot tell them they are denied either -- the service animal is not a "pet".

I don't use berber because if they drip dry clothes or such on berber...it stains (even if there's no pet) and will clean up, but when it dries the original stains will ALWAYS be there.
