In September my daily routine consisted of working 10 hour days knee-deep in mud, laying water and sewer pipe (the only plus side was that I had a lot of time to listen to the bigger pockets podcast), and dealing with people who drained my energy. 

So like with all these folks on BP that are trying to crack into the game in some manner you have a perfect occupation that will teach you more about real estate transactions then just about anything you could do. your working daily with top producers seeing the deals reading how they are put together etc etc. 

Be sure to get an agent and closing company with HUD experience as they have deadlines that are not flexible-The lowest bid that will be automatically accepted is 88% net to HUD-Once the property enters the Extended period, bids are opened daily M-F and your agent will know if the bid is accepted by mid-morning the next day

I know the neighborhoods throughout the city very well, as I have worked in the city for a dozen years and drive around in the city daily.

They must be desirable if you bought them.Try lease option with payments that allow you to cash flow.Try daily rentals.

I used my handyman to complete the job and I won’t do that again, reason being it took more time than it should have and the people that paint daily are going to be faster and do a better job.

Worthy bonds are being sold with a promised 5% apr compounded daily.

But not sure whether or not I should go with a daily fee for each day or a one time charge for that fee.Thank for the help guys much appreciated.

Also close proximity to the city made it just matter of time to make it good investment; probably brave souls needs to ignore daily violence :)You did great renovation inside, looking for the pictures!
