In September my daily routine consisted of working 10 hour days knee-deep in mud, laying water and sewer pipe (the only plus side was that I had a lot of time to listen to the bigger pockets podcast), and dealing with people who drained my energy.

So like with all these folks on BP that are trying to crack into the game in some manner you have a perfect occupation that will teach you more about real estate transactions then just about anything you could do. your working daily with top producers seeing the deals reading how they are put together etc etc.

Be sure to get an agent and closing company with HUD experience as they have deadlines that are not flexible-The lowest bid that will be automatically accepted is 88% net to HUD-Once the property enters the Extended period, bids are opened daily M-F and your agent will know if the bid is accepted by mid-morning the next day
