One of the LLCs the own 50% of the parent company can take out the mortgage and that LLC owner would be the one who signs on behalf of his LLC.

One was because of poor management and the other because the property needed major renovations to be competitive in the area. 

I think the one thing that Airbnb doesn't mention much that is taking away from their business is the spike in direct booking platforms for the top performing hosts and competition from VRBO /Booking.com/Other Niche OTAs.

Basically it’s about 2500 sq ft rectangle building with a kitchen and his and her restrooms in the middle and 2 large open rooms, one on each end.
