Hi Paul,I've renovated quite a few of these old baths.

It comes with 8 mobile homes (most are only 1-3 years old) that were purchased by the park; the park owner holds title to these. 

@Steve K. sorry I know this thread is a couple months old, but I was wondering, in the case where a homeowner is leasing their roof to a solar company, what happens in the case of a homeowner default?

There are a few other areas on the map in or near the bullitt county border that remain undeveloped that may be good for infill and multifamily to support the ups world hub and surrounding businesses.

I am debating on whether I replace the carpeting in the property with a wood look laminate flooring to make the condo more appealing to renters when this becomes a rental property. about 650 sf of the 850 sf is 5-10 year old carpet that is in mediocre shape.
