Hi There,Does anyone know what the current figures on properties sold in the US are by the 'for sale by owner' and 'private sale' method?

Depending on how aggressive you are this might actually be a more effective method of collection.

Generally speaking, banks that are selling REOs are receiving numerous offers and so they have most of the leverage in the sale.

i have never been a big fan of "agencies" they do the same old simple things and never really make a very big difference. however, i guess it would be a very good business to run if you really know some good methods other than the typical contest contest contest way of doing it.

do u mind me asking how long it took you to get going from starting out to regularly bringing in cash with this method?

Could I very well turn this into a business, even though my focus is becoming a RE Investor by learning through this method?

The assignment would be the preferred method because you're never going on record as the owner.
