When I turned 30, I got the life direction compass out of my pocket and put some thoughts down on paper to get a better idea of exactly where I was headed.

I am a small fry who has stumbled into a big deal for me, life changing.

I currently have one rental property on the East coast which I had no desire to get into but life through me a curveball many years ago and I still have it.
