Then there's the market cycle and continuum "timing..." which 'insiders' like the founder (former Saloman vice chairman, and co- developer of the same "mortgage backed securities" derivatives that caused much of the "robo- signed, toxic debt" baked into the  2007- 12 cake, now worth around $2 billion with his 80 page LO 'agreement') would likely have been capable of "doing the numbers on?"

All cards offered 0% transfers for cards, but this doesn't really help get cash unless you get cash off one like I did to my chkg, then turned around and did a balance transfer with one of my other ones that didn't allow straight chkg transfers, and continue that cycle if you will to maximize the transfer options across the cards.

That being said, after modeling dozens of properties up there it doesn't matter what cycle of the market you are in up there (unless you are investing solely for appreciation which I wouldn't suggest doing right now), it's really about rental and occupancy rates and how they align with whatever your investment goals are.

And last 12-24 months they (banks) are starting to see the cycle getting a little long in the tooth and are tightening.And the more properties you acquire the lower they will want your LTV, but also lower the rate you will get quoted.Matt
