Through applying for credit you can see exactly what you may qualify for and if your score is good enough you can indeed get the money you're looking for.(2) Family Member- You can clearly understand where this is going, not to say its rare because I have friends who also invest that were lucky to come from a home with wealth, if you have a family member who left you money or who simply gave you money to go play monopoly with then consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

Yes the scammers have definitely found BP.. and BP is a very target rich environment for these folks. lots of newbies that don't know the score.. and a lot of dreamers who think they can just look up private lenders that they have no relationship with and get them to fund their deals LOL... if you want money for deals HML is the way to go..

They do not seem concern with specific score (if you have limited credit history or high credit card balances or inquires that lowered your score, it is ok)... but you need to have a history of paying your bills consistently on timeI am not sure of their specific DTI...

OK, first off I'm wondering if you're confusing in the heat of the moment the effect this "lien" would carry as a hit to your credit score, report, etc because I'm honestly not sure on this, but I DON'T think this will be like having a court judgement hit your credit report, which IS a bad thing to have on there.
