If it’s costing less, there should be a legit explanation. 

For that amount they:  take high quality photos, perform market rent research, advertise your rental on many platforms, field questions, show the property, collect applications, perform credit & background checks, work history/pay stubs, and provide you with a top notch lease. 

You really can't go wrong if you have legit comps.

If you do all of this properly, the transfer of money will be legit no matter how you look at it.

Even if some platforms are still running and live, are they really providing the returns for their investors? 

That’s our question too but we’ll make sure they get screened to check if they are legit.

I know…I know it sounds like a bad idea on the surface, but as I dug into it more the idea seems to have some merit.First of all, Interactive Brokers (a legit public company) has AMAZINGLY low margin rates.

The ultimate end game picture is to build a portfolio and investment platform that can support my family and they can participate in.
