They require meetings where the house chores and costs are divied up, a house mgr in charge, all that.   

My group and I just recently backed out of what could have been our 1st CRE investment.

The $0 down payment, while convenient, also does not set up a great profit margin in the beginning.

I’ve been in the market for two years now, and while the learning curve has been steep, especially in the NJ market, I’m committed to growing and improving every day.I primarily worked with buyers, many of whom were family and friends.

Hello all, I'm curious how much the HUD will actually pay compared to the 40th percentile rents posted on their site.I'm aware of the different amounts each tenant will cover in terms of their portion of the rent, but I'm not sure if the HUD will actually agree to my rent price.I've been taking the stated FMR for the bedroom count, and taking 20% off the number stated (to be conservative as to what the HUD will accept).

Hi all - We have several rentals and we just created a couple LLCs, no website yet though and when I went to register our business with a Google Business Profile they asked to verify using a video.
