With SVN you can have multiple individuals read / write to this repository and you can access the files anywhere you have an internet connection.It also has nice features like roll back to a previous versions of files and see who made changes to what sections of files etc.Dustin

I agree... while I have found it easy to ditch the TV , I have a very hard time letting go of the internet - that being said - I watch what I read with a skeptical eye and try to interpret what is really being said.

We are currently suggesting Simple Bank as an alternative for these tenants.For tenants that do not have internet and do not own a smart phone, these are mostly older people who do have bank accounts, we have an ACH debit permission form which they can fill out to do "Automatic Rent Payment"; They fill out the form, provided us account and routing number and then we set up the ACH debit for them.

I have enough leads that I do not need to pay money and go chase them, lure them in, fish for them.Having said that, if you do not yet rank 1, or for whatever reason you want to go after social media... it definitely has SEO benefits.Your site gets indexed faster,You have more internet presenceMore traffic to you site which could mean a good thing and a bad.

As a side note, try offering "Free Internet" some time with rents marked $100-$150 higher than you'd normally ask and watch the responses, it will blow your mind.
