But again, this is a business, so I need to keep my love of the stuff in check.Tile is great if you live in the south because it keeps the floor cool, but otherwise the damn grout lines are a nightmare, you had better keep replacements on hand, and finally selecting a style that is timeless is very hard to do, and usually expensive if you can find one.

@Rich Hupper, I have seen a number of the types of building you are describing used for smaller subs in the Midwest. the type of construction they have utilized is a steel pole barn style of building, which have come a long way aesthetically and can look pretty contemporary if that's the desired appearance.
