House hacking is an incredible way to get into buy and hold real estate investing with a relatively low financial barrier to entry… plus the added benefit of reducing housing costs!

Don’t get me wrong- she’s great, but of my motivation, I know no one will fight for me to get exactly what I want in negotiations more than I will.

. $90k is an incredible price for the Quad, but, with bank financing wanting 25% down ($22.5k), closing costs and having money in reserves, it would unfortunately consume all the capital I have.Being young and of still limited capital, I naturally want the highest and best use of my cash. 

Both are incredibly valuable and reputable resources for the Indy market.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have many leads and sellers are very motivated but I am hesitant because of the high price tags!
