Hello all, thanks again for the input....I've never been under any impression that this is a screaming deal - it's meant to satisfy the 1031, avoid the taxes and buy us some time.

I am under the impression this has to be written correctly in order to safely build the equity by assigning all or most of my monthly payments towards principle (bank requires 20% in the deal).

I think my lender and I are not having clear communication because I was under the impression the appraisal coming in higher would have dropped the PMI.  

First impressions is the pictures are a little bit dark and make it look creepy. 

First impressions matter so if you present yourself like someone that knows what they are doing people will believe you.

Would you mind sharing that experience and your overall impression?
