You will start to see a more widespread array of carriers that come in competitive, but yeah the increase in hurricane damage is just not making these carriers profitable so expect a 15% increase in Florida at a minimum.

It will be simpler for you and possibly more beneficial since your not competing with bigger competition that may or may not have bigger pockets than you.

It's hard enough to build new investor relationships during ordinary times let alone in the middle of a global pandemic. 

Hit up the A-grade suburbs and you've got more wiggle room as the price points are higher so the competition is lower.

They seems to know their competition and just match it.

This market is very competitive for mulit's, not because of the competition, but because of the limited inventory.

It's going to be a difficult journey due to the hyper competitiveness here, even in the off market sector.

Assuming competitive (or superior) billing and skills, it's just not an issue on negatively impacting deal returns.
