We predictably went over budget, mostly because of splurging on better finishes.

It is a 2 bedroom on bottom floor and 1 bedroom on top (with ability to make into 2 bedroom by finishing attic). 

Central Arkansas posted gains in all 4 quarters but still finished next to last in the State at 3.6% growth.

I am looking to purchase a newly remodeled 2bed 2bath double wide with high end finishes.

My investor financed it with a private lender and made a GEM including a finished basement, Juliet Balcony, roof deck, and a cleverly made enclosed parking space in the back.

One day I might take it on.The onerous eviction process where if your in Chicago or cook county in the winter your up the creek.
