Hi guys,I'm relatively new to the world of real estate investing and I came across Realtyshares.com from the Bigger Pockets podcast and was interested in exploring it further.

Real estate will be the platform for myself to explore new experiences and see that there is a world of opportunity out there.

Why not explore an SBA 504 loan?

I don't feel like I need the 150k right now because I have a good amount of savings that I am not doing anything with anyways (not because I don't want to, just haven't had the time to really explore in depth what I can do investment-wise).What are your thoughts?

I have a couple properties we are exploring this but since it's new there's not an established timeframe and process.
