I could probably ask to be added to the purchase contract but not sure if that's the best way?

Should I raise the price on the old MLS listing with old pictures and say new pictures coming soon and list all the features which are being added in my ad description?

Our insurance carrier simply added our LLC as an additional name insured on our policies.

My questions are, should I get these properties under an LLC to protect myself and if I intend to keep adding properties and go into business anyway?
