Does anyone have experience on changing a zoning from SF to MF? 

From my own experience, I didn't like the ages of a lot of hilltop homes.

The mortgage is not transferrable, but we think that if I'm added to the mortgage and the deed, it will be effectively the same.

Anybody have and experience with Josh & Tiffany High's program Results Driven?

Many investors are building as they can do that more cost effectively than buying under the current market conditions. 

The only problem is the Architect is hesitant and finds it too complex.Anyone have experience with the interaction between the LEED agent and Architect? 

Like I said, I don't have experience with this kind of deal at all.  30% interest is sweet for an investor.

Many on here will disagree with me, but owning scattered site single family portfolios is an effective investment strategy is there is a a significant appreciation event that occurs.

Since I have little experience doing it, I believe it is very important and that would be why I was considering Rent to Retirement.
