From an insurance perspective, short-term rentals and long-term rentals can be treated differently.

From a lender's perspective, a business plan is always helpful.

The unit are a 600 sq ft 1 bd & a 750 2 bd for reference.Anyone have experience with either from installation cost, to durability, effectiveness perspective? 

those were off the top of my headbut seems like the first thing to do is get a full title report and see what is necessary from a title insurance perspective then work it backwards.

. - how buying a property in a great location in the middle of a growing city is akin to buying a business with a sustainable competitive advance (a moat)etc...From a learning perspective I think investors who are strictly one or the other, real estate or stocks, do themselves a bit of a disservice.
