Good luck - $55K for 11 units sounds like a dream here in CA.  

You are young, once you get your life in order the rest will begin to fall into place.Stop wasting your money on dreaming and start working on stabilising yourself through upgrading your employment.

Right now, the thought of having $3000 per month in passive income seems like a dream come true to me, but I also know that in the grand scheme of investing and to many members on here, that's pocket change.

I do not plan on making any moves until about  August because I am out of the country and by then those properties if still available will have been on the  market for close to 3 months, but I just want to make sure I have a logical  game plan and not  just dreaming over here.So long story  short  any thoughts on the financing of this adventure.

But, like i said before,  I'm new at this type of business and dont really know where to begin.My goal is to take real estate investing to my dream of financial freedom!

It is great to see people turning dreams into reality.  

I'm really trying to get things setup now,  so it will not be so complexes later, when I grow into my dream!

I've been on this road of chasing my dream of flying airplanes since I was young kid and I was recently able to accomplish that ultimate goal just a few years ago even though I've spent over a decade in the industry itself.

I love this city and finally making the move and pursuing my dream.
