It doesn't seem like it would make a good investment for an investor to buy at market value, so I doubt you'll get any reasonable offers. 

Not sure about NC but I can tell you that without a doubt in my market the cost per acquisition is much higher with postcards vs letters. 

Hi BP, We recently purchased a duplex in MA and the exterior siding is asbestos cement siding.

I doubt this would trigger an audit but any similar items, you could always sell back to yourself.
