I have a duplex and one of the tenants has a dog.

like I said take the post file a complaint and see what the state does.I had a Washington state wholesaler send me a unsolicited e mail with a marketing piece on a property they did not own. trying to assign or double close ( which can only happen here if they have transactional funding or their own dough).. but nice picture flyer was exactly what a realtor would do.I printed out.. took 5 minutes and filed a complaint with the state for wholesaler trying to sell Oregon property without a license.I know its illegal here one of my bird dogs got turned in and it cost him 3k in legal fee's and cease and desist.. ergo that's why all deals now come to me.. and I buy them then we resell them.. 

Why is pets only specific to cats, shouldn't it be in general, (what if she gets a dog or a python)?

My neighbor's are actually the renters who have dogs that constantly get out because the fence is in such disrepair.

Everyone and there dog has told me it’s a tough business or i’ll naver make it happen living in Oklahoma but i cant help but call bs i just dont have it in me to give up on something im passionate about.

However, the DealMachine app makes things super easy, has a ton of great mapping and tracking features and even allows you to have a team of bird-dogs do the driving for you using the app on their phone.This make it much more than just a "mailer app". 

They are using a "new" term, but it sounds just like the same as "bird-dogging."

After 5 minutes she will have the entire history of the vacant house and names and birthdays of all of the grandkids, the dogs name, what kind of coffee they drink, etc.
