Have you considered self-directed IRA option for retirement accounts not with your current employer?

Our PF cabin has good bookings for May, but we are currently in the red.

Once of my agent partners was asking me about rentals in St Cloud and we don't have anything currently. 

We are currently charging $50.

@May WangEncourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

We have a "side yard" exposed to the street that is about 1500 sq/ft and not being utilized (currently there is a large mulberry tree that would need to be removed).

I think all the appreciation for the upcoming years is already baked into the current prices.
