I've attended some BP meetings in Fairfax so if that's convenient for you, it's a place to start.

My mom is a Keller Williams agent, my realtor is with KW, and I've been reading [i]HOLD[/] and [i]Millionaire Real Estate Investor[/i], so I am familiar with the sheets and it was really convenient using the same analysis method as my realtor.

I currently live in one of the units, however I'm leaning towards telling her to work it out with the residents as this isn't a landlord problem.

I have heard a few ppl mention the effectiveness of the materials on BP, and I've leaned so much already.

I guess you have to weigh out whether or not you want your ins co to know about this, I personally would lean towards getting them involved.

Normally I would never have jumped in this deep, but the tax auctions for full deed ownership and no lean attachments were taking place at the county sites.

I was leaning towards selling and now I have made a decision that I will.
