I want to hire a property management company and get accounting software to stay organized.Which software would you consider and does the property management company need access as a user for accounting purposes?

If your trying to use some calculated algorithms software or online sites then I would question the motivation of the seller .

Plus, in my area I have only heard experienced investors confirm that B & H (vs wholesaling) is the wealth builder if that's your goal. 

Can anyone recommenced  software or technology that you use for key-less entry or managing house cleanings etc.. 

Clearly I'm biased but a professionals knowledge, expertise, processes, systems, documents, connections, software, etc. will always run circles around what you can do on your own. 

Property management software usually are the best to handle back office and owners statements.
