Such conduct is illegal when there has been any judgment issued for a deficiency or during post judgement and proper notice has not been given.

While we are are technically independent contractors we impose very clear guidelines on our associates on what is not only an acceptable way to conduct business but a more professional way which clearly outlines forbidding the use of bandit signs.  

They then proceeded to conduct a rulemaking to impose rent control on duplex and triplex owners. 

At the time the loan appraisals were conducted, one home was vacant, and my property manager had it boarded up (they do that for all their properties in that area).   

Just seems like I hold all the cards, they cannot conduct their proposed plan with my R-8 parcel in the way.

I think its always better to conduct business face to face.
