When the value of a percentage, as it pertains the use of that percentage is the same as the value of money, and the use of money, then I will hold a percentage result when doing an analysis in higher esteem.

Not sure why you got that idea, but more info is needed to know if you should actually be concerned.  

Cleaners have definitely been a concern because I don't live in the area and would like to check in from time to time and pricing seems a bit expensive, even though the guest pays for it.

The only thing the lender gets concerned with is debt ratio.

The hookups are on the 2nd floor so I have some concerns about the tenant installing them and possibly damaging the property.- Purchasing security like ADT and or getting smart locks?
