Private Leading FL State
I have become a private lender in the State of Fl. The promissory note was completed 2 years ago. I was in the near lot due to trying to sell the lot I own and noticed the the pool of the house I am privately financing is damage. I am horrify in how will this impact my property value. Can i request access to a visual inspection of the house? Should I hire a lawyer? I do not know what to do.
