They work and are simple to use -of course follow safety precautions. 

The biggest difference I can find having been on both sides of this is simple marketing -- Realtors can use the Realtor logo, receive created Realtor designations if they pay more to take association classes, which they can use to promote themselves (more marketing like the logo), and may benefit from the Realtor commercials promoting their membership. 

First you use it to design the plan, then you use it to execute that plan.All three packages work together because all three of the knowledge bases the software(s) were designed for must work together in order to be successful.I started designing them as simple forms about 6 - 7 years ago, and they seem to have taken on a life of their own.

I hope by this stage popcorn removal isn't looking as easy and simple a decision to make as the HGTV shows usually make it out to be.
