Do you pay for any Microsoft services or do the clients log in to their own accounts?

In my area the water company offers to forgive excess usage if it was caused by a leak.

I wouldn't worry about getting a real estate focused accountant just for this simple test.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.
