It sounds like you are saying the loans are not under your name at all, you didn't personally sign for a residential loan, these are commercial loans that were closed and funded to the LLC, correct?

If you have 120k of credit you could access a portion of that (not all for investment properties, and you would probably need to look at local community banks.)

If they abandon them inside the house, you can choose to put them out on the curb for them to pick up, since they won't have access to the interior any more, then dispose of the items from the curb 24 hours later (like an eviction) - but that's not strictly required.
