Anything around ND campus will be overpriced, but steady flow of college renters.

Sorry, recent college grad / "Just became an adult" question here! 

I am 23 years old, graduating from College in May, and moving to Denver, CO from Charleston, SC.  

Ok , we have a problem , I check the water main , the pipes are 67 degrees , I go out front and remove the water meter lid and point the thermometer at the meter and pipes .  

I am a college graduate and have recently been accepted into the graduate R.E.I program at Texas A&M but have not decided if I will attend.

I purchased my first home straight out of college and if I could  go back in time I would have purchased a 2, 3, or 4plex and generate cash flow every month which can then help with payment on your primary home in the future. 

I am in college and have fairly small expenses and no responsibilities, and lots of time.

A year and a half ago I pulled the trigger on going back to school for an accounting degree.

Here's a thought on my mind, which I thought I'd throw out to the community here--My former college roommate, who is a talented carpenter/cabinet-maker, moved in a year ago as one of my tenants (in my personal unit).

I'm 17 and am debating on whether to go to college,  which personally I think is wasting 4 years of potential experience,  just to try and get a "mediocre"  job in order to pay my debt.
