That may not be a problem if no children but can certainly slow down your intentions to list and sell, if that's the plan.

Would you be targeting people who come and visit family in Akron, or perhaps families staying because they have a child in Children's hospital?

Or do you sometimes let the parent sign and list the adult children as occupants?

I'm going to stick with the $15K/month plan just in case but will hope to leave most of it to my children.

They survived three children and 20+ years and have held up well.

I then list on the mls and the majority of the time children or other relatives that want to live nearby mom and dad will buy.
