Connect, connect, connect! - New BP member from Central NJ

Hi all! I am brand new to Bigger Pockets and looking to connect with local real estate/property investors in the area. I came across Bigger Pockets when looking for stories of tenant experiences from other experience properties investors and was immediately taken aback when I realized how many RE professional actively engage in this website. 

My husband and I have lightly dabbled in property investing over the past 10-15 years, but weren't able to devote too much time due to prior work and family obligations. Although, I have been able to devote a lot more time over the past few years, since our children have left for college. I would love to build my network on Bigger Pockets, and connect/re-engage with members of the community. 

We currently have 15 properties, and are looking to purchase some single-family and multi-family properties over the next year...goal is to double our portfolio to 30 properties by the end of 2018!

In the meantime, please feel free to share any interesting tenant stories, landlord advice, or simply reach out. I look forward to connecting with you all, and becoming an active member of the BP community!
