If you need more income you can do side jobs or whatever.

Trying to scale the business to a point where I can do it for a living but not really sure the best way.

Hey @Jordan Dzubak, so a quick look on VRBO showed quite a few rentals on the lake.The average nightly rates is highly variable but that is dependent on size and location of course.What you can do is drill down on VRBO and AirBNB to see what is out there.

With a little more info, we can give you better advice! 

They can be managed with continual bug control and are rarely seen.

Have them pay for it and you can knock it off first month's rent if you wish.

There may be some equity that I can tap into depending on the DSR however,  I'm looking to see what other funding options are available to cover construction carrying costs that do not require W2?

I am able to finish the project using cash as well, no loans needed so far that I can see.
