If these are really 2 separate campaigns, is my list big enough?

Sent out my first yellow letter campaign in an effort to find my first property (looking into doing an owner-occupied fourplex in Northeast LA).

I'm also in the beginning stages starting my first marketing campaign but before I had 3 deal under contract strictly by cold calling only from craigslist lol.I did this because like many I paid for a mentorship program and they all they did was teach me about the business but very to nothing  little on marketing.

Starting my direct mail marketing campaign tomorrow and hoping for similar success.

What website do you use to do a text message campaign?

I'd love to hear what the lead measures for your marketing campaigns are.

I would recommend a drip campaign where you start maybe with a postcard, then send a professional letter-head mailer, then maybe a personalized hand-written letter.

Learn all there is to know about SEO, get your website after that first month, and spend the next month applying all you learned on SEO, and research direct mail marketing.Then take 2000 dolalrs out of your 15K and send a campaign out.Scary  yes?

However, it's not a strength of mine, so I'm going to be hiring someone to setup my campaigns for me.
