For a business I would suggest marketing your brand and just use the name of your company or what your service is .

I'm new to condo's, and im checking out a condo to buy and rent and want to see if these numbers work.Its 1 of 8 total condo's in 1 building, built in 1965 (that's considered almost brand new around here)Nice area.2 bedroom, 1 bath, move in ready, or I could do cosmetics at some point.Asking price $59k (max i'd pay is $45)Rent would be 850.100/month condo fee's155/month taxesI'd pay cash, and hope to refi when I can show more income someday.2 units sold in 1996 for about 48k each....2005-7 for about 100k each.Any input or do I need more info.

This house required a fair amount of repairs/rehab, but it ended up looking pretty much brand new when I was done and I was able to rent it out to a great family just two days after all the rehab was done.
