You can take a listing a little higher but have in the contract automatic price drops every few weeks until it sells.If the seller wants you as a wholesaler or a broker/agent to spend all your time and money promoting an overpriced property with no intention to reduce to get ahead of the pricing curve for current market value then you say no to the business.
