Our kids were older when we started so the properties aren't throwing off the kind of cash flow we'd hope for to significantly help with college funding.Anyway, my husband is a stay at home dad and uses his flexible schedule to self manage our properties.

It is in a great neighborhood - we live here and part of the reason we are finally getting into real estate is because we love our neighborhood so much, I used to be a college basketball coach and for me to accept a new position meant relocating and we did not want to leave Mt.

Now it's fully occupied by 2 college students and a young professional.

Then I built third one-bedroom apartment and rented that to some college students.

My first 4 years of college I worked 40 hours a week and went full time....but I didn't have kids!

Worth later this week (Jan. 13-18) and would like to attend any BP oe REI meetups.

I have attended a few courthouse foreclosure auctions and have observed the following situation and I don't quite understand it.A property has just two liens on it, a senior and junior.
