You might want to look in to where events like the aforemention happened and then advertise the tiny home near that event site and if you get a bite you could then find a temp site, if you cant find a site you can let the customer know it won't be available this year or whatever you decide to say, In this way you wouldn't be moving it unnessecarily and if you plan your calendar right it would minimize the number of moves you'd make with the tiny home,  It's just one girls thoughts best of luck to youMelissa

Hi Vlad, I've always bought turnkeys and am very familiar with a lot of the companies...all of the companies should advertise the projected cash flow.

If they advertise a turn key, negotiate / demand that the windows are fixed, replaced or credited.  

DBA (doing business as) is the filing you make and advertise to do business as a sole proprietor.

Over the winter I rented at $1.06/sf and this last month I rented for 1.09/sf (advertised for 3 days).

With a little work, you can find hidden gems like this sometimes but be careful of places advertised as duplex, etc.. always check the zoning
